A first session might focus on a product description, a clearer photograph or organising customer enquiries. Choose just one so people have time to practise.
Leave room for questions
Share one step at a time. Offer printed notes where useful, let people use their own phones and keep personal account details off shared screens.
Finish with something useful
Invite each person to save their work and choose one thing to try afterwards. Ask what was clear and what needs another explanation. This is a suggested format, not an announcement of a scheduled class.
