Start with something familiar
Not everyone wants to begin in a large classroom. A small session with friends can start with taking a clear product photograph, writing a short description or organising order information. Bring one product, one phone and one question.
Share skills, leave time
One participant can demonstrate a task, then leave time for others to try it. Malay and English can be used according to participants’ preferences. A short written guide helps someone repeat the steps at home.
Confidence includes care
In a group session, keep passwords, PINs and one-time codes private. Use fictional examples for practice. Ask before publishing a photograph of someone or their products.
