Start with one customer task
Imagine someone wants to order a cake, ask about alterations or request a quote for your service. What do they need to know before contacting you? Write one sentence about your customer, your main offer and the next step. A list of everything you have ever made can wait.
Be clear about place and time
Name the parts of Sandakan you actually serve. Separate delivery, collection and visits by appointment. Give a useful landmark once a location is agreed, but do not publish a home address if customers should not arrive unannounced. Include your reply hours and usual preparation time.
Gather material you own
Bring your logo, five photographs of your actual work, product descriptions and contact details. Choose Malay, English or both according to your customers. Label sample work as a sample; it should not look like a completed customer order. Get permission before publishing a customer’s face or testimonial.
Ask for a scope you can compare
Ask how many pages, languages and revision rounds are included. Request separate costs for the domain, hosting, email and maintenance. Agree who owns the domain, how access is handed over and who updates the content after launch. A beautiful website still needs accurate information.
Try it before you share it
Open the page on a phone. Can someone understand the offer, find your service area and prepare an enquiry without help? Test contact links and check pricing details. With Digital Desk, an enquiry draft is not sent until you send it through your own email app.
