Choose the purpose before the package

What would your organisation like to support: a community gathering, women’s learning or a small business finding its voice? Choose one purpose to focus the conversation. A good fit starts with programme needs and the team’s capacity, rather than the number of places a logo can appear.

Check each benefit

Ask for the logo placements, display period, acknowledgement materials and after-delivery summary. Separate included benefits from extras. Tickets, tables, booths and category exclusivity are not included in the proposed PROWINS packages; discuss them separately if they matter to your organisation.

Practical support matters too

Printing, equipment, a venue or facilitator time may help when they meet a real need. Specify quantities, availability, delivery and who is responsible. Assess the support by what can actually be used, rather than a promotional price alone.

Agree what happens if plans change

Record delivery dates, logo approval and what happens if the programme is postponed. After delivery, ask for links or records of the agreed benefits. Keep actual attendance separate from estimated reach. Sponsorship does not guarantee sales, media coverage or a tax deduction.

Make your enquiry easy to answer

Include your organisation, purpose, proposed budget, preferred timing and one contact person. Sahabat, Harmoni and Cahaya are starting points for discussion; the final scope depends on capacity and committee agreement. The form prepares an email draft, not a booking or payment.
